Some that works @ Ken Shaw Motors told me that Ken Shaw bought the land that the CP track were on. From Ryding Av. to Gunns Rd. In some areas the are starting to remove the tracks. Well that is not bad concedering that there are old tracks in the area that haven’t been removed or pathed in over 20- 25 years.

  2. I hate the abandoned railway crossings all over the area. This will have to be raised with the City.

Considering that Ken Shaw bought that land, it’s hard to imagine any use for the rest of that railway land. Perhaps it could have been arranged as a path to link the subdivisions around the Bunge lands, and then to Runnymede park by moving the pedestrian crossing, but that won’t be the case.
